With all the Netflix originals that come out, there so many to choose from that it is easy to overlook some of them. While a lot of there shows are popular, there only seem to be a few of there original movies that stand out while aren't given much attention because they are not that enticing or just not that good. One film, that I think should get more attention is The Siege of Jadotville. Its based on the true story of Irish soldiers hired by the U.N. that were able to hold of attacking mercenaries for six days in the Congo with limited supplies and weapons.

For me, even though it was relatively short, it was one of the best war movies I had seen in a while (until I saw Dunkirk that is). Unlike a lot of other war movies or movies based on a real event it is well paced. It gives us the right amount of backstory to set up the events with out being too long, and it gets to the action relatively quickly. The battle scenes are very well done, and the amount of detail ads a sense of realism. Also, I like how this movie shows the whole bureaucracy of war and how dangerous it can be. If you want to see a good war movie that's not too long than check out incredible story of few men holding their ground against many.
